We will account to you for all monthly expenditures and income related to your property.  These reports and rent statements are detailed.  . Maintenance is performed by outsider contractors.  We also offer depositing rent directly to your bank account so there is no waiting for the mail to arrive.  Cost & fee options. We have two flexible options starting with Plan “A” Management of single family homes and multi-family properties is typically 10% of the monthly rent and a $150.00 marketing fee. Plan “B” is 8% of the monthly rent and a $250.00 marketing fee.  Note:(Larger Multi-family and Commercial properties are negotiable).
